Today is Small Business Day in Canada (you may remember it as Small Business Saturday from last year). We choose to support small Canadian suppliers (including companies likes Devinci, who build bikes in Canada, and Arkel, who make panniers and other bags in Canada), and support local small businesses when we need office supplies and other products and services. We believe that shopping local, and shopping small, offers the best quality and service, creates the most local jobs, generates the most economic growth, and best supports our community’s future.
