Return Policy

Return to the original form of payment within 30 days. After 30 days, items can be returned for store credit. Exchanges do not have a time limit. All returns and exchanges are only on unopened and unused merchandise.

Return Exceptions

We don’t take returns on helmets due to their single-impact nature. Similarly, no returns on underwear and padded shorts for reasons of hygiene. No returns on bicycles, but exchanges at our discretion: we want to make sure you end up with the right bike for you.
